Chart for recent months does not show all months on one symbol

I have only found this on the symbol AAPL

the months prior to April 2010 are normal but then skip to Jul then October and no data between - if I enter another symbol the chart for that symbol is fine.

Is there maybe some hot key or setting that change it to quarterly view for that time range? This is weird and never saw it before - if I use ctrl and arrow can open wide but no data or space for Aug and Sept

    Thanks for any help

    Hello webber,

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload Historical Data'. Does it load the missing data?

If not, please tell me to what data feed you connect in NinjaTrader.

I am not quite sure what you refer with 'quarterly view'. You can set the begin and end date of the chart in the Format Data Series menu. Right click in the chart and select 'Format Data Series'. Subsequently you can enter the start and end date to your liking.
