NT disconnection

NT not handling the automatic disconnection from Interactive brokers correctly

When IB disconnects at 11:45pm NT still thinks it's connected (see red box in image). When I re-load IB and connect NT (see blue box in image). I also have 2 IB accounts showing in the chart trader "Account" drop down list.

As always the only way to fix the problem is by restarting NT.

What version of Trader Workstation do you currently have installed? You can check this via Help > About.

Also, make sure you have configured your connection per the connection guide linked below.

TWS 944.3 as always haven't changed it for months.....

The connection is setup correctly since I've been using it for months/years

So stop asking stupid questions and look at the problem

TWS is not running and NT thinks it's still connected...see attachment

Started happening since the upgrade of NT which i did last week.

What amazes me about NT is that you continually upgrade this application but never fix any of the existing bugs or improve the rubbish functionality only create more bugs....
