Gain and loss in account shown

Hello Ninja Trader Support Team

i would like to know if there is a way when you have gains and losses during the day in different markets (lets say in Euro and in Dollar) if it is possible to show the total in one currency.
For me (if i am not making a misstake) at the moment looks that way:
As eexample (no commision included in calculation here)
one tick plus in fgbl 10€ plus
and then one tick plus in sp500 future: 12,5$ plus - makes a total of 22,5 but actually of course its not 22,5 its either 20€ arround or 25$ arround.
how can i adjust this (having patsystems)

Hello PeterPan,

Thank you for your note.

As long as one pair is in usd, or an instrument is active and receiving data that bridges the the pair to usd, then the pnl will be in usd.

For example, if you are trading $EURJPY and you add $EURUSD to a market analzyer, the PnL for $EURJPY will be converted to usd.

I think i did not explain myself correct

FGBL is in Euro
i trade 1 contract 1 tick plus i made 10€
then itrade
sp500 in dollar
1 contract 1 tick in plus i made 12,5$
pnl shows me 22,5
this is not correct
with currencies it might work...
how can i fix it

Hi PeterPan,

Ah I understand you want to convert non-forex instruments.

This would not be possible with NinjaTrader as the PnL will be reported in whatever format the broker / data feed supplies with with.

If you would like I can submit a feature request in your behalf to add a conversion option.
Would you like me to do this?

you know when you trade during day different instruments you never know where you stand even though you should not look or count your gains...
it would be actually "easy" each instrument lies in a curreny and NT adds up in any currency (exchange rate considered)
