HDM Bulk Import - Folder Import

Hi,

As per help file, it appears that we must select all the files that are to be imported. While dealing with a large database, it is somewhat cumbersome.

If all the data to be imported is contained in a single folder & the folder contains nothing other than the data to be imported, I wish that I should be able to select that folder (instead of each & every file inside) and import successfully.

Even if the folder contains historic data files of both the daily bars & minute bars (of course, in separate files), I wish that such a single click folder import may be possible.

Is this possible in the current versions?

Thank you for your post.

With using the built in backup/restore method, it will only backup and restore the entire contents of the folder.

It may be possible to use other methods to transfer this data to another PC, however we do not currently support this. Perhaps another community member can share their experience on this topic.
