Orange Connection

This is the third time in the past 2 weeks where my CQG connection goes Orange RIGHT at market open - missing out on my trades. I also noticed it goes orange sometimes RIGHT at big news release.

It also does is spontaneously through the day, at least once a day.

No it's not my computer or connection.

Someone tell them to GET BETTER SERVERS.
