    Chart Volume not updating on non-visible tabs

    I have a chart open with multiple tabs.
    Any hidden tabs volume does not update the volume until you select the tab and the market ticks.
    In busy times you would not even notice it, but out of hours it can be several seconds before the volume updates or press F5 to refresh immediately.

    The problem is that I have an indicator that takes volume into account and it does not work properly on hidden tabs because the volume is not updating.

    Please see attached images with volume missing and then after pressing F5.

    Note that this is a slow moving market. You would not notice it on a fast ticking market but the problem is still there.

    To reproduce:

    Create a new Workspace
    Close all other Workspaces
    Create new chart, 1 minute data (I used 6A 09-17)
    Add a new Tab, 1 minute data different contract (I used 6B 09-17)
    Add VOL to 6A 09-17
    Add VOL to 6B 09-17
    Select 6A 09-17
    Wait a couple of minutes
    Click on the 6B 09-17 tab
    No Volume
    Either press F5 to refresh or wait until the next tick.

    THIS MUST BE A MARKET THAT IS NOT TICKING CONSTANTLY or you will not see the issue. Pick something and observe out of hours.

    For the hidden tab, can you please verify that the VOL indicator's Calculate setting is set to (right click on the chart > Indicators)? To test, try selecting On Price Change and let me know if you see the same.

      Hi,
      The Calculate setting for VOL is "On each tick".
      It is not just the last volume bar that is missing. I have seen as many as 30+ bars missing.

          Thank you for your patience while we looked into this this issue with the indicator in the hidden/inactive chart tab

          I can confirm I am seeing the same on my end, I will report to our Development team to look into further.
