orders from Mobile TWS/TWS cannot be handled from NT8

Hello,

I come across situatuons that orders that I placed in TWS/mobile TWS cannot be cancelled or modified from within NT8.

NT8 sends a messge that this is not allowed.

This can create confusion and unnecessary delays in my trading .

Could you please fix / improve the behaviour.

What version of Trader Workstation are you using?

Is this easy to reproduce? If so, what exact steps should I take within TWS to create an order which then causes the message you're referring to within NinjaTrader?

What is the exact complete message that appears in NinjaTrader?

Using latest NT8

Almost all TWS/mobile TWS orders cannot be handled from within NT8. Only orders created from within NT8 are handled in NT8.
Using FDAX, FBUND, 6E, GC futures mostly, stop orders and bracket orders.

You need a live license key to be able to view and modify any orders from a live brokerage account. Please do not post your license key here, however, please verify if you have a simulation or live key entered into NinjaTrader.

• Go to the Control Center > Help > License Key

Does the key listed begin with '@SIM' or does it begin with other characters?

I could not reproduce this behavior with a live license key using TWS 960.2g. Here are the steps I took:

• Open TWS 960.2g and connect
• Connect NinjaTrader to TWS
• Place a buy limit order below the market on FDAX 09-17 within TWS
• In NinjaTrader, go to the Orders tab and view the order
• Use the 'decrease' button to move the order down 1 tick at a time
