Fixed Traget lines

I am looking for help on writing an indicator that is similar to risk reward provided by ninja trader.
I want:
If I click below low of bar then I want to have 3 horizontal target lines at fixed ticks of 8,12,16 away from low of bar. Also if I move any line then all three should move simentanously.

so it is something plotting fixed reward lines.

Thank you for the question.

I wanted to check, do you mean the drawing object that is provided with the platform "Risk Reward"?

If so, likely the easiest approach would be to duplicate the drawing tool, and modify it as you see needed. An indicator is not really set up to use mouse input easily, there are some ways to do this in an indicator but a drawing tool would be a better approach. Drawing tools have a whole system to delegate moving anchors and clicks which are needed for your idea.

You can view the code to the existing risk reward tool using the NinjaScript editor.

If you were to duplicate this item, you can copy the entirety of the file into a new drawing tool you generate with the wizard and copy over the generated code. The important portion of the drawing tools will be their naming and Class name, so you would need to find OnStateChange() and give the item a unique name string, you would also need to change the Class name at the top to something unique.
