NT8 crashes offline

I'm running NT8 8.0.9.0 in a laptop with W10 and crashes at start when there is no internet connection available. I'm unable to start program.

How can I run NT8 offline?

Do you have auto connect to data provider turned on?

You might try turning that off if so.
Edit the .xml file in the main \my documents\ninjatrader8 subfolder.

If not, I have no idea.

Thanks for your comments but I don't have autoconnect turned on. Also tried a clean install and still crashes without internet connection.

Program shoud start with a no connection warning as it was in NT7.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Please list 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and reference this thread in the body of the email.
