tick chart does not start on Monday

Hello trail,

If you go to Control Center>Session Manager and toggle the Session Template to Euronext CET Index Futures RTH, you’ll see the defined hours which does not include the night session.
What I would suggest is to click on each day>Edit and then change the end time to 10:00PM from 6:30PM.

You should then apply this session template to the charts. I’m curious to know if you still experience the issue with the date not changing after making this change.

This morning no problems with the charts. They all started runnning, so I hope the problem is solved.
I deleted the (only) template in the ChartSeries directory, named Minute.xml.
And I chose another Session template: Default 24/7. (So my own Session template 8.00 - 22.00 worked a long time but obviously not anymore, which is a little strange.)
I don't know which of the 2 solved the problem. Also weird that the 24/7 is needed.

About the session templates in NT:
I do think it is a little strange that of all the (Euronext) session templates in NT not a single one of them is valid/mentioned for the Dutch, Belgium and French futures (from 8.00 till 22.00 which is the normal period for the Euronext futures.) Also the "use instrument settings" doesn't work as far as I can remember.
Maybe I am wrong and didn't see them? I know I can adjust them or make my own but it would be nice if they are present in the standard list. Specially for beginning traders.
If they aren't in the list, maybe they could be added?

Thank you for your suggestion. I submitted a feature request that an additional session be added to the session template for the evening session just after my last post.

Unfortunately I still have the same problem.
Yesterday evening TWS shut down automatically. So I shut down NT too, without saving.
Then I started TWS and NT again and made the connection.
Today I see that none of the charts is "running", including the tickcharts, 5 minute, 15 minute and 60 minute charts. And it is not only the dutch future FTI but also the S&P minifuture ES 03-17.
I'll send the log files on the mail.
Hope really you can find the problem because I get gaps in my tick charts now, so I can't run my strategies for a while.

Do you have a workaround so I still get the tick data?
For example, can I run the TWS IB gateway parallel with TWS?
Other alternatives? (that is without paying expensive brokers?)
