Remove Draw Object troubles

I'm having same trouble with RemoveDrawObjects on 8.0.1.0
I have a subpanel indicator that draws rays on the price panel, at certain times...every couple of bars (varying number).
I attempt to delete the prior ray and then draw the new ray.
This code worked flawlessly in NT7
I've ported it to NT8, and compiled it and, when it runs, there are varying numbers of rays still on the chart. Undeleted.
Sometimes there's hundreds of rays, sometimes there's just 3 or 4.
There should only be 1 ray, the current ray.
I'm running NT8.0.1.0 64-bit

I'm having the exact same problem in 8.0.21.1 64-bit. Removing global drawing objects does not work reliably, while for local ones it works.
Additionally, some globally drawn objects aren't even created. I've only tested this with normal lines, which is what I'm using.
