GOM Market profile indicator at 32-bit environment

I have two Ninja Trader installation:
· Ninja Trader 64-bit 7.0.10000.29, windows 10 64-bit, desktop PC
· Ninja Trader 32-bit 7.0.10000.29, windows 10 32-bit, older notebook.
I have problem with GOM Market profile indicator.
At 64-bit environment everything is working. At 32-bit environment with the same indicator (source code) I received this compiling errors: 1x CS0246 and 10x CS0234. I need help.

Thanks for writing in.

I would recommend reinstalling the script and testing. If you are unable to get it to work you would need to contact the developer/vendor for additional assistance.
Note that NinjaTrader 7 is not yet officially supported with Windows 10 however please continue to report any items you see to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so we can look into it further.

I am just surprised – I have two NinjaTrader installations – only difference is 32-bit, or 64-bit environment and with one indicator code I have two different results. 64-bit working and 32-bit compiling errors. I had been using this indicator long time with windows 8 and 8.1 64-bit without any problem.

I'm glad to hear NinjaTrader 7 seems to be working for you otherwise on Windows 10, however for this 3rd party items you would need to work with the 3rd party vendor/developer/community to look into their script further if reinstalling it does not resolve the errors.

I reinstall script 3x with still the same compiling errors. Script is OK. Working with NT 7 on Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 64-bit. Only problem is compiler NT 7 32-bit. Why has different behavior? Should have the same behavior as 64-bit version?

We do not provide support for 3rd party scripts. The item you are reporting is only in relation to this 3rd party script. You will need to work with the 3rd party you received this from to look into it further.

What about moving my inquiry to the NinjaScript section? I still think if it is working at 64-bit environment it must be relatively small problem. Unfortunately code is quite complex for programing beginner as I am. Probably for programing expert it will be simple. task

Fixed. I was my mistake. Whole package of GOM indicators must be copied to indicators subdirectory, not only one I am using.
But on other side – I am still surprised NinjaTrader Customer Service unwillingness to participate on the solution and help.
