Proper MB TRading Desk Top Version for 7.0.100.7

I have downloaded and installed the current version of NT referenced in the subject, along with MB Tradings Desk Top Version 11.8.0.38.

Everything except preferences screen in Desktop working OK.

During the Desk Top installation, a message came up that a newer version 11.8.0.40 was available. I selected not to upgrade to that version as the NT Requirments... screen shot attached... specify 11.8.0.38.

Now I can not change preferences inside Desk Top, and wonder if I should upgrade Desk Top to the latest version, or if doing so would cause a conflict with NT.

Should I upgrade Desk Top to 11.8.0.40, or keep 11.8.0.38 as NT suggests, and work with MB Trading to overcome the issue I have with their software preferences screen?

Thanks for writing in.

With the current release of NinjaTrader, it's critical that the 11.8.0.38 version be used. While this is not a known issue with the version of the navigator we recommend, I'm not exactly sure why you're seeing this type of behavior. I would have you contact MB Trading support to troubleshoot that issue, but if I can assist as you work with them please let me know.
