Hello,

I'm trying to bring up EUR/USD in the FX Pro entry window. I have added the instrument to my default instrument list, and selected it in the FX Pro window as shown below. I am not getting any market data while connected to IB. What am I doing wrong here?

Are you using the latest NT 6.5 beta software? IB FX is not supported in the current NT6 release. JG

Two things -

- Tools > Options > Misc > Enable sub pip support
- Instrument Manager for example:

Select EURUSD in the main list of instruments (not left hand side) and add the IdealPro exchange. Then remove EURUSD from the Default list (left hand side) if it exists and then add it back ensuring IDealPro is selected instead of "Default"

OK, now I have market data, yet when I try and place an order in the Sim101 account I receive the attached message. Any thoughts on this?

It appears that IB does not support "Last" price for currencies (awaiting confirmation from IB support). This makes the sim account unusable. Live trading will work though.

This issue will be fixed with next beta. Sorry for the hassle.
