Mbtrading historical data

hello
I am using NT7 and Mbtrading.
very frequently, when i change the symbol, the chart continues to say Loading data. it happens for long time and never stop. now i cannot change the symbol again on the chart.

see screenshots of the same chart taken after interval of 5 minutes. it still says Loading data.

junkone, which NT and MBT Navigator version are you currently using?

i have NT 7.0023
i have mb navigator 1.1.0.14

I'm not familiar with this MBT version, please ensure to be running the supported 11.5.0.5 MBT Desktop version as per this guide - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_MB.htm

this is the 11.5.0.5 MBT that i downloaded from your link earlier this week. my mbtrading navigator and NT as as per specs.

Ok thanks for confirming - please close down NT and then go to MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache and delete it's subfolders. Then restart NT and reconnect - would the charts populate better then?

i reconnected back to the IB as my connection and my charts were loading up nicely with IB. I think its got to do with your Mbtrading connector or whatever its called.
infact if i use mbtrading charts by itself using the navigator, it loads up nicely.
