Trading with Hot Keys

I created an hot key command to buy at market (ctrl+B)
I red all the information about active windows and how to manage them but no ways, seems that hot keys are always disabled.
I'm sure there are not modal forms open and active.
Which can be the problem?
I'm using v7.19 direct live in sim

Thank you for your post.

First please upgrade to NinjaTrader 7.0.0.20 at the link I have provided below:

Next please go to Tools-->Options-->General tab-->Enable "Use order entry hot keys"-->Click Ok.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
