How to install the "Force Index"
Josh, I tried to install your "Force Index". I have unpacked the file to desktop. The folder is called "ForceIndex". Double clicking this folder shows five files in it, one being forceindex.cs. When I go to the Import strategy and go to choose the folder in it, choosing "Forceindex" brings up "indicator" in the subfolder but there are no files in that subfolder. Please explain. Thanks.Tags: None

Hi NinjaTrader
I've installed the Force index no problem, but don't know how to add it so that it would be visible on the charts in Strategy Analyzer.
Code:protected override void Initialize() { Add(Forceindex()); }
Please advise

Hello ionaz,
Thank you for your post.
You will need to use the correct and full syntax here to add the ForceIndex to the chart.
The full syntax is as follows:
ForceIndex(string fastMAtype, int, fastPeriod, stringslowMAtype, int slowPeriod)
I used the following code to place the ForceIndex on my charts in real-time or backtesting:
Code:Add(ForceIndex("SMA", 3, "SMA", 6));
