Calculate OnPriceChange should be forced for bar close

I found a problem when indicator with calculate mode of OnPriceChange should diverge with value of same indicator that is set to OnBarClose or OnEachTick. This is caused because OnPriceChange mode may not execute the OnBarUpdate() method if price remains same when new bar is added.

This can be reproduced by following scenario:

• Open two charts with equal period setting (ex. 1 minute)
• Add VOL indicator into both of charts
• Set OnBarClose calculate mode for first chart
• Set OnPriceChange calculate mode for second bar
• Let render few bars on realtime data (or market replay)
• Check VOL values and see if there are differences in values between both charts
