I am unable to connect to my CQG live account with the error message of "unable to connect to remote server".
This is a new install of NT7, on a new laptop with windows 10 and I have moved to a new country actually - Cyprus.
I have already tried to restart the laptop and removed the first CQG connection i created and recreated it with the proper user name and password. I am on a stable WiFi connection and very close to the router. I also tied to disable the firewall, restarted the router and made sure no security software blocks it. I can connect to Kinetic End of Day.
My ISP is Cyta, the national telecom company of Cyprus.
Please assist.
