Gain Connection Issue

    Gain Connection Issue

    Good morning - recently i have had many issues with Gain and NT. Most of which seem to be corrected on the newest version of NT8. However, I have had and still continue to have connection issues. Starting yesterday i began consistently getting pauses in my data. I can observe this through the bid ask spread on the chart trader, and through the price movement. However i do not get the "conntection lost" alert every time. I did get this alert both yesterday and this morning though, and continue to get pauses in data.

    Is this a NT8 (beta) issue? Should i return to using NT7 instead?

    Also, I recently repaired my data base and reset instruments so i do not think that will help.

    Please advise.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

        Any update? I have not heard anything back and it has occurred twice more since i sent this request. I can resend the updated log and trace files if needed. Please let me know.
