cannot see some pairs

Hello

I cannot see the chart of some exotic forex pairs. I can see the monthly and weekly charts, but not the daily and intra day charts.

Is this a problem of my broker? how can I fix this?

So I may better understand what you are experiencing please answer the following:

Who is your broker?

What forex pairs are you attempting to load?

In the 'Log' tab of the Control Center are you getting any error messages pertaining to the forex pairs you are attempting to load? If so, what do they say?

My broker is FXCM

The pairs are:
chfnok; chfsek; eurczk; eurdkk; eurhuf; eurpln; gbpsek; hkdjpy; nokjpy; sekjpy; sgdjpy, usdczk; usddkk; usdhuf; usdils;usdpln; usdrub; usdsgd

I have the same message for every pair on the log tab: "failed to suscribe to instrument X; unknown offerID/bad symbol map"

The currency pairs you've listed don't seem to be provided through FXCM. As a resource here I've included a link to FXCM's Tradable Currency Pairs webpage.
