eSignal EFS and Broker Connection

Is there a way to tell if NT is connected to a broker or not? I have a client that wants to develop a "resyncing feature" for his automated trading system and we need to be able to tell when the Broker Connection drops from NT?

I tried the NTConnect, but that really does not help. Anything else??

Is this function available as an EFS function (supported through the DLL functions for eSignal)?

I don't see it listed in the EFS documentation??

Hello,

Unfortunately the only one in regards to checking connection status is

bool NTConnected(intshowMessage)
Gets the current connection state of the ATI. Returns true when connected, false when disconnected. The parameter showMessage indicates if a message box is displayed in case the connection can not be established. A value of 1 = show message box, any other value = don't show message box.

OK. I'll try this and see how it works. Any chance you can expose that other function to the EFS DLL? It would be a big help to expose more connectivity features to the eSignal EFS language.
