Sim - Dom empty ?

I would like to open the FDAX Dom with a sim account but it's empty and seems like I can't choose the market. How could I do ?

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What expiry have you selected for the FDAX?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Empty Dom

I'm having a similar problem, I select the (futures)instrument from the static or dynamic DOM drop down list and the bid/price/ask box remains empty. In SIM with Kinetick feed. No errors in log, instruments chart fine and chart trader works fine, market depth enabled.

To receive data in the SuperDOM from Kinetick you will need to have the Market Depth subscription.
