About You:
You will provide timely customer support for the NinjaTrader product line via email, telephone, remote support and our support forum. You will be able to host live online NinjaTrader sales and training presentations. You will be able to utilize Outlook, SugarCRM and other applications to optimize the execution of your role.
Specific Requirements:
NinjaScript is a subset of the full C# programming language that is utilized by NinjaTrader clients to create custom charting indicators and automated trading systems. The successful applicant will have C# programming experience and a strong desire to assist NinjaTrader clients succeed with the development of custom NinjaScript. In this role, you will provide standard NinjaTrader platform support, in addition to assisting clients utilizing NinjaScript.

· Proven ability to provide technical support
· Strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills
· Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
