What is the status of the NT8 integration with Forex.com? The ETA was 4/1/2017.

Hello RiversideDude,

Thank you for your post.

The adapter for Forex.com is being tested for NinjaTrader 8. I was not aware of an ETA on the adapter. Did you find this in an official NinjaTrader document or notice? If so, can you provide a link to the document or notice?

You can find our Transition Guide for FXCM at the following link. This will go into the specifics available at this time on NinjaTrader 8 and Forex.com.

The Forex.com connection technology for NinjaTrader 8 is still in beta, there is currently no ETA for this connection technology in NinjaTrader 8.

Default was fxcm now forex.com

Hi all had acct with FXCM got transferred to FOREX.COM they said I need new acct to get data(mind you this is after back and forth with NT and FOREX.COM)
So guess what I did opened brand new acct thru the NT webpage for forex--you have 3 options phillips,dorman,FOREX.COM I chose FOREX.COM even though I have an existing acct with them from being transferred from FXCM wow I know jeez
anywhoo so am still at same stumbling block as was before see attached pic

cmon guys how hard is this REALLY!!??
If your not ready to make seamless transitions why do you initiate them! jeez
I have gone round and round with you and FOREX.COM about not being able to connect and not either you or them have been one bit of help..

Can you send us your log and trace files so we look into this further?

If you are using NinjaTrader 7, you can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

If you are using NinjaTrader 8, you can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

Please list 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and reference this thread in the body of the email.

I look forward to your response.

Hi Patrick, thank you for responding. Seems someone has done whatever is necessary to make it work.
apologies for sounding so negative, but when you get shuffled back and forth so many times,its them no its them etc.gets frustrating.
