    Can't Connect to Brokerage Account

    Hi,

    trying to account to brokerage account. I'm connected to NT Continuum, but my Live account is not showing up in the list.

    I'm following the same procedure I always do, but it's not showing up on the account list when I'm trying to activate my strategies for some reason, even though connection to account is showing green...

    Hello _Cujo,

    To trade live you must:
    • Have a live license key (either Single Broker, Multi-Broker, or Direct Edition)
    • Have Global Simulation Mode Disabled (File -> uncheck Global Simulation Mode)
    • Once Global Simulation Mode is disabled, you can select any live account in the Account drop-down of a trade window.


    May I confirm Global Simulation Mode is not gray and that this has been unchecked?
