    adddataseries set start date

    Hi

Is there an option to set the start date or set the number of days to load (like on a chart) that I can use with adddataseries? Right now it only gives number of bars as an options.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Thank you for the question.

Currently, there is no overload for DaysToLoad specifically, I will put in a feature request for an alternate overload for this.

If you are using a Time based bar series, you would likely be able to calculate a number of bars from the current time or input time if needed, but this would likely be better as a built in overload.

I look forward to being of further assistance.

Number of bars would work for minute / day based charts, but I use renko charts and I don't need to load the entire underlying series for the indicator, just the current week of tick data.
