Market Replay Bid/Ask Price in DOM Issue

I am running .35 of NT7. Recently I have been experiencing issues with the Bid/Ask prices not displaying correctly in my DOM on Replay. The values are correct in the T&S window and the Last Price is correct on the DOM but the Bid/Ask are way off. I renamed the "db" folder and let NT create a fresh db but when I downloaded and tried 6E-0917 for 7/14 I had no Bid/Ask prices on the DOM. I right clicked on the MR window and it showed L1 & L2 data for the entire day for both. I am at a loss as to what to try next. I believe MR is a valuable tool and a significant discriminator for the NT platform. I need it to function properly.

I just had my wife dl MR for 7/14 and during MR there were no Bid/Ask prices on her DOM. She is running .31 of NT7 and uses a different data provider. I do not understand where the MR data comes from but this appears to be a data issue?

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20170716.txt"
