Hello zaico, and thank you for your report. So that we may see the same thing on our end that you are seeing on yours, could you let us know
- Which data feed provider you are using
- What instrument (and expiry if applicable) you are trading
- What interval or bars type with what value are you using? For example, 7-brick Renko, 1 minute, etc
- At what date and time do you see results in NinjaTrader 7 that you are not seeing in NinjaTrader 8
- At this time, what are the expected values in NinjaTrader 7
- Can you send a picture of your configuration settings in NT7 and NT8?
To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.
Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I will be investigating this indicator on my end in the meantime.Jessica P.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello zaico,
I have done some additional investigation. I was unable to find a built-in indicator called ChartPattern. The CandleStickPattern indicator I believe we are referring to, http://ninjatrader.com/support/helpG...hart%2Bpattern , however, does contain a RisingThreeMethods.
I have found an objective definition of Rising Three Methods at the publicly available website Investopedia :
Originally posted by http://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/rising-three-methods.aspDEFINITION of 'Rising Three Methods'
A bullish candlestick pattern that is used to predict the continuation of the current uptrend. This pattern is formed when the candlesticks meet the following characteristics:
1. The first candle in the pattern is a long white candlestick within a defined uptrend.
2. A series of descending small-bodied candlesticks that trade within the range of the first candlestick.
3. A long white candlestick creates a new high, which suggests that bullish are back in control of the direction.Last edited by NinjaTrader_JessicaP; 12-27-2016, 11:03 AM.Jessica P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
