    Problem with CL chart data CL 9-15

    Hi, I have opened CL 9-15 but there is a gap without data. I send a picture.

    Hello Jaime,

    Can you please tell me to what data feed provider you connect in NinjaTrader.

    Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All historical Data'?

    Please note that the CL rolled over to the 10-15 expiry yesterday. Do you see a gap if you create a 1440 Minute chart for the CL 10-15?

      CQC, gap continues in CL 10-15. What rollover date I have to put it?

          The rollover date is setup correctly already.

          Can you please disconnect CQG and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab, click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the chart loads the missing data.

          If the issue remains, please exit NinjaTrader and go to Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the entire cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

          If data is still missing, please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Saving settings' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

            Problem with CL & GC Charts

            Im having problem with the CL & GC charts. First they wont start refreshing until I reload the data, an then when they start a gap or a super candle appear.

            Im using CQG provider.
            Ninjatrader 7
            And already try to:

              Please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

              You will find the file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20151105.txt'.
