    I canīt load some charts

I have a workspace with six charts of DAX and YM that loads well, but when I try to load another chart, CL, GC, NG... I canīt do it.

The chart open but donīt appear "Loading data" and the candles never are displayed.

The same occur when I try to "Reload all historical data" in one of the charts open in the workspace.

My data provider is IB and I see in control center how the data are loaded but donīt appear in chart.

How can I solve this problem?

    Thanks and greetings.

    Hello rockair,

    Thank you for your post,

Glad to help out, do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Regarding the CL, GC, and NG, what expiry have you selected? See the below video demonstration on how to rollover a futures contract if needed:

To troubleshoot the situation, you may take the following steps to force NinjaTrader to start without your saved workspace(s).

This will allow us to determine if the issue is isolated to your workspace, or NinjaTrader in general.

Note: this will not remove any settings or data.

Also, please refrain from loading any third partying indicator or add-ons or chart templates at first, as they may be related to the issue.

    1. Shut down NinjaTrader
    2. Navigate to the folder (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\workspaces
    3. Delete the file named "_Workspaces.XML".
    4. Right click on "Untitled1.xml"
    5. Select Rename
    6. Rename it to "Untitiled1 Old.xml"
    7. After deleting and renaming the files above, restart NinjaTrader which should startup without any workspaces.

Try opening a new CL, GC, and NG charts (File > New > Chart) without any indicators or add-ons loaded and test for issue. Make sure to select <None> from the bottom right "Load the following chart drop-down menu" so the chart is loaded without these items. Also change the Type drop-down menu to a default option such as Minute or Day.

We look forward to assisting further.

      Hello EricB

I have done what you suggested and it seems that the problem was the workspace.

Now I can open any chart without problem.

I supose that now I must delete "Untitiled1 Old.xml" and try to redo the workspace.

Thank you very much and sorry for my english.
