Stuck order in SIM account since yesterday

Hello, i was running this yesterday and opened an order with ATM strategy.

For some reason this is stuck in the orders tab and stuck in Change pending.

It was a simple ATM with 2 contracts ... 2 limits and 2 stops .... one of the targets is stuck

    have enclosed image attachment.

I cant seem to remove / cancel get rid of and is affecting scaling of the chart as it was at a lower price than todays market? For now i would like to just remove then will try and reproduce as is apparently a bug of sorts

    thanks

    Hello soulfx,

    Thank you for your post.

We advise that you reset your simulation account to address this item.

Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.

From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
Right click on your simulation account and select Edit Account
    Press the "Reset" button

Please feel free to reply with any additional NinjaTrader items we may assist with.

Thanks all done and good - is this a potential issue/effect of running simulation ATMs that can just happen in the simulation model; rather than an ATM bug per say that could happen in live - if happened in live the broker would be able to clear it?

      thanks

        Hello soulfx,

Thank you for your reply. Simulation ATM orders can become stuck for a number of reasons, such as a connection loss, database issue, or attempting to change an order while it is in the process of filling.

Simulation orders are held locally on your PC. If this were to happen in a live account, since these orders are held server-side, there is much less of a chance that these orders would get stuck. In this rare case, yes you could call your broker's trade desk and have them modify or cancel your order manually.

If I may assist further, please let me know.
