    Unable to chart some intruments

    Hello,
I add new suscriptions to my IB. For example this instrument :
ISIN : FR0010344630 => STOXX Europe 600 Automobiles § Part on SWB Exchange (Stuttgart)
I am able to see the chart in TWS so my suscription is OK.
Now I would like to add this instrument in Ninjatrader (my IB connexion is OK thru IB gateway or TWS)
The symbol should be LYYN or AUT depending the exchange. I tested a lot of combi-nation in the instrument manager :
=> LYYN with exchange SWB or XETRA => Not OK
=> AUT with exchange SWB or XETRA => Not OK...
I tried to change the symbol maping with no success

Would you please help me to configure this instrument ?
Some IB links which could help :

    /v3.9/index.php?action=Advanced%20Search&entityId=e14243 86&lang=en&wlId=GEN&showEntities=Y

    Unable to chart some intruments

    Hello nextjob,

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

Please create your instrument and define the Master instrument to be AUT and also use this as the symbol mapping for Interactive Brokers in the misc tab. Select Sbf for the exchange.

Please let me know if you are able to receive data after creating this new instrument.

      Hello,
We did not suscribe AUT with SBF but with SWB exchange. I did the test anyway and we still have a problem :
      - with SFB : "No security definition hs been found for the request (200)
      - with SWB : "error validating request "wd" cause - please enter exchange ServerValidateError"

I already tried to upgrade IB gateway to the latest version, same problem.

        Hello nextjob,

Thanks for your reply and providing me with that information.

Please attempt to define the exchange as SWB and alter your symbol mapping to be LYYN|SWB.

If you still have issues after making the suggested changes, please send me your log and trace files so that I can investigate this further and also so that I can contact you to set up a remote support session if necessary.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please put ATTN Alan S in the subject line and include a link to this forum thread in the body of your email.

I look forward to your reply.

          Hellon Alan,
I will send you the log shortly.
Just for you to know, I spend a long time on tel with IB support and tested their connexion successfully with SWB Exchange AUT symbol name, but they did not tested with Ninjatrader.
          Regards,
          Francois
