Can't connect to Interactive Brokers

I downloaded the 877 version of TWS from the NT site. I've configured everything according to the video. When I connect, within 10 seconds or so after I get the connection tone I get a fatal error message which locks up NT. The message is "Assertion Failed: Abort=Quit, Retry=Debug, Ingore=Continue, (this is in the header of the dialogue box).

In the box itself I get:

Below that I get a series of statements:

Below that are three choice boxes:

Abort Retry Ignore

I've tried pressing all three, Abort kills NT, Retry does nothing, Ignore works for a few seconds then the same error message shows up again.

By the way, I tried sending you this information from within NT and it won't allow me to send it. I get an error message saying I have insufficient memory, which is odd. This is a brand new memory with 3 Gb of memory on it. Seems unlikely that I am out of memory.

- Tools->Options->Check "Show diagnosticis tab"
- Diagnostics tab: make sure ONLY Connect, Order and To File only are checked.

Note: NEVER check ANY other option on the diagnostics tab unless advised by our support staff.
