    DashStyle as a Parameter

I have (unsuccessfully) tried to find a simple way to input a DashStyle (e.g. Dot, Dash,,,) as a parameter, and then apply it to the DashStyle of DrawHorizontalLine.

    Any suggestions:

    a) As to how best to set up the parameter
    b) How to apply the input to the line-draw.

    Many thanks,

    G

    Hello Griesha_uk,

    Thank you for your post.

You could use a enum in order to have the user select the desired option and then switch the DashStyle of the drawing tool.

You can find an example of using enums to select different input series as indicators at the following link: http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ead.php?t=3420

Please let me know if you have any questions.
