Alert when market moves X amount of ticks in X amount of time

Hi guys,

Does somebody know if there is an indicator or strategy available that gives an alert when an instrument moves an X amount of ticks in an X amount of time?

I reviewed the shared items on the support forum but was unable to find something specifically like this. Potentially there are items that contain this type of system but I could not locate anything in the descriptions.

This could likely be created for you if you wanted to work with a developer, otherwise if you create scripts yourself our support could try to assist with any concepts you may be unclear on.
