Ninjatrader website with Chrome

Hi,
When I click on Search and then try to click on Advanced Search for some reason, the click seems to transfer to the Kinetick banner underneath and takes me away from the website!

To follow up, our IT team here was able to provide some steps that should get this working.

With the forum pulled up, press Ctrl +F5. Next, log out and log back into your account.

No dice here. I still does it, and only when using Chrome.

Happens also in MS Edge! 270% scaling. Sorry, I didn't prove it was Edge in the video.

As a work around, search on nothing to get to the main search screen.

Also odd is that Kinetick is the only advertisement these days.

I haven't seen anything else.

Yes I have found some other workarounds too. Like going to certain pages where the banner is not there

Sorry to hear this has persisted, I suggest also clearing the browser cache and then trying Ctrl + F5 again, then logging in and out.

I had initially seen the same on my end when using Chrome, but the above process did clear the issue.
