i have sent several emails this morning to platform support and have received no replies, not even the usual automated ''no-response-required'' receipt acknowledgements.
there is a history of my emails randomly not getting thru to platform support, however not lately until today.
please send me a test email to which i can respond as a test if i get it.
i have no problem with providing my email address in this thread if it's ok to do so, but i'm guessing you have ready access to my email address.
