    Not getting delayed data for Cocoa anymore

    Hi,

    I subscribe to continuum and have always got the delayed data for THE ICE. In fact I still have delayed data for other contracts like sugar and cotton, but since Friday I haven't recieved any more delayed data for Cocoa 09-17. I am connected to NinjaTrader. I have tried "Ctrl+Shift+R", I have tried manually going to download the data for that contract in the download manager again, I have created a new cocoa chart... I've also tried to restart NinjaTrader. Nothing - - I have no data for Cocoa since Friday.

    Could anyone possibly suggest how to fix this?

    Glad to help out. It appears the ICE does not have any data listed for an 09-17 contract; try loading instead CT 10-17. See the below exchange page for more information.

      Thank-you for attempting to answer my question.

      Although firstly - please read my question thoroughly - and also the title of my question - Cocoa is what I am asking about, not Cotton.

      Secondly, that is a ridiculous answer about ICE not having data for the September contract. I'm not sure if you are familiar with futures markets but if you are working for NinjaTrader I think you ought to be. The September contract is definitely a current contract at the moment and does have data.

      Jason if you are around could you please perhaps help me with this problem?

        Thank you for your reply, please excuse the mistake, I had looked into the wrong contract.

        I can confirm I am seeing the same on my end with Cocoa, no recent data since Friday. I will report to our teams here to look into replacing the recent data.

        Let us know if we may assist further.

            Hi Ninja Trader support, I still don't have any data for Cocoa September contract - can you please tell me when this is going to be resolved?
