    Again unable to connect on saturday

    Lots of saturdays i'm unable to connect to my payed real time data accounts. I think is a very frustrating and an awful service. I recommend everyone to use another service, this is not professional.

    Thank you for your post.


    The behavior you were experiencing was due to data servers undergoing maintenance at that time. Maintenance is usually finished before the markets open Sunday afternoon so that you connect to account again. Weekend maintenance is infrequent but expected.


    Please restart NinjaTrader and try again to connect.
