Hi,
i've got a datafeed with barchart.com and would like to be able to paper trade to test out some of ninja's features. is this possible without a broker connection? cheers. |

Yes this is possible, a paper trading account is available with the free version license of NinjaTrader.

It is not necessary to enable a backup connection. Since you are only subscribed with BarChart, please leave the backup connection to none.
You can find a BarChart connection guide at the link below. http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_BarChart.htm Once connected to BarChart you will receive real-time data which you can use to trade the sim101 account.
