Default Ameritrade - Partial Fill

I placed an order for 300 shares of V. Partial fill at 100. Ameritrade then filled the remaining 200 shares, but Ninja still shows "Pending" in the control center and on my charts. Is there a way to force a refresh, or what can be done to prevent this. This type of issue can be costly during a trade.

Hello Zinkr,

Thank you for your post.

Can you please send in a note using Help --> Mail to support? Please put attn: Ray Stein in the subject and reference this post. Make sure your trace and log files are selected so I can review the order. Also, state the time of the trade if you can.

Thank you!

Ryan,

Thanks for the quick reply.

According to the About box, I'm already running "6.5.1000.12 (Live)". This is the latest, right?

Thanks again,
Mike

Mike,

Yes, that is the most current version, and with that release the issue should be resolved.

The issue as first reported in this thread was resolved in subsequent releases beginning with NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.10.

Ryan,

Is it possible that the problem was reintroduced in .12?

I'm running one strategy that placed a trade for 1000 shares of a stock. Six minutes later, over the course of a couple of seconds, TD reported 3 partial fills - 200, 200 and 10. NT correctly indicated a partial fill quantity of 410. Forty-two seconds later TD reported the remainder filled, a quantity of 590. NT never reported this final fill. I write a line to the Output window whenever OnExecution is called. It was called three times for this trade, i.e., once for each of the first three partial fills. It was not called for the last fill.
