Default Volumeupdown indicator incorrect

Hello,

If I understand the VolumeUpDown indicator correctly, it's supposed to color the volume bar the same color as the price bar. So, if a bar is red because it closed lower than it opened, the volume bar will be red and likewise, the bar will be green if close > open.

However, if you look at the attached screenshot, there are some inconsistencies. Is this a bug or am I not understanding this indicator?

I suggest to repair the database. Please close the chart and go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Repair DB.

Creata a new chart and check if the indicator is displayed correctly.

If not, please delete your historical data via Tools-->Historical Data-->Delete. Create a new chart and check again.

Hello,

I've completed both of your suggestions however the issue remains.

I've tested with multiple instruments (ES, YM) on multiple timeframes (5 sec, 1 min). I'm using a Zen Fire feed from Mirus and have the latest version of NT (6.5.1000.7)

Hello,

I tested it on my end and could not reproduce the issue, see the screenshots.

I suggest to rename your database and check again.

If so, close NinjaTrader and go to My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5-->db and rename the "NinjaTrader.mdb" file to 'OldNinjaTrader.mdb".

Start NinjaTrader and a new database is created automatically and check again.
