Exclamation Awkward text entry on charts

There are many valid reasons to want to annotate charts with text. The present text entry interface is unusable for anyone who wants to view the chart while entering text.

Text is the only NinjaTrader draw object for which a click on the screen opens the properties dialog for the object. Every other program I know of, including TradeStation, allows direct entry of text on the chart.

There is no valid reason for Ninjatrader to have such a limiting text entry interface. The programming effort to enable direct text entry on the chart is small. Implementing this change should not be delayed.

Thanks!

Default annotate charts

Try taking a snapshot of your chart and then note that way. There is a sweet program called snag-it. Try it for free for 30 days. Works very well with my group. Buy the way I'll sell you my Buy/ Sell indy for 995.00

Looking at the chart, I don't even see an indicator on it.
