Hello,
I'm not very familiar with fib calc's, but I don't see why you couldn't. This is beyond the level of support we provide however. Maybe a fellow trader/programmer can post and help you. If by dynamic you mean dynamic achor points, then you may want to use the ZigZag high and low points. Just an idea.
