It recently came to my attention that one can trade nymex gold (GC) electronically or with the pit. I'm curious how I can select between the two using Ninjatrader? I'm using the Zen-Fire feed. I see the GC contract, but I don't know if it's pit or electronic. For my IQ data feed I had to update the symbol from GC to QGC to get the electronic data.

Hello,
I believe it is electronically traded however you will need to contact your data feed(s) regarding the details of the data they are sending. You may need to add the instrument to get to get both: NinjaTrader comes pre-loaded with the most commonly traded instruments however, you may find the need to add an additional instrument. Please follow the instructions below to add an instrument in the Instrument Manager.
The instrument is now added to the master instrument list. Please follow the instructions below if you want to add this instrument to an instrument list.
