I am looking to use NeoTicker's Sim Server for market replay and would like to also use Ninja Traders DOM for manual trade execution using Ninja's NTDirect.dll and external data feed nechanism. Before I start coding this, I was curious if anyone has any experience with this and if anyone has already written code to do this.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Steve |

Steve,
Go to the NeoTicker forum and ask ASP Trader, he has coded this already. Ray

Ray,
When using the indicator they have over at NeoTicker to feed data to NinjaTrader I have a request about the way NinjaTrader handles the feed. Because the date of the replays are generally going to be from the past (e.g. not the same date as on your system clock) is there anyway to get NinjaTrader to behave like it does in Market Replay where it "fakes out" NinjaTrader to thinking the system date is actually that of the day before the replay? Basically because the incoming feed has timestamps in the past NinjaTrader doesn't handle it well when all the charts are loaded into the present. At the moment I have to keep changing my system clock to mimic the desired effect of Market Replay to get the data to chart properly. Thanks. |

I can add this request to the list for future enhancement consideration. Thanks for suggesting.
