Exclamation Fixed scale charts... and automatic rescaling...

Implement a way to set fixed scale charts, I mean without autoscale.
Plus, add an option which doesn't rescale charts to visualize orders, but visualize an arrow on top or bottom of charts indicating that up or down there is an order, and write the price within the arrow (triangle).

Never played to war flight simulators? When the an enemy plane is beside you and you cannot see it, an arrow indicates the direction to view it.

Same could be done for orders, without having to rescale the charts to include them in the screen, so you know you need to scroll up/down to see them.

When automatic rescale would be off, add a vertical scrollbar and implement vertical chart panning too.

I think this should be a must feature.
