Using Windows XP Pro & Ninja 6.5.1000.6 My "my documents" folder is EFS encrypted, when Ninjatrader installs it automatically encrypts several of its files i.e. (\bin\Custom\AssemblyInfo.cs) with ownership as the ASP.NET machine account (COMPUTERNAME$) instead of my regular username. Even as administrator, I now have no access to these files, can not de-crypt, and can not upgrade Ninja without a full delete/reinstall. Is there any way to get ownership of these files back or login as the ASP.NET machine account and add my regular username as an owner?

Sorry, we would not know, since Windows administration is not our area of expertise. You definitely should try to get rid of the "encryption" to avoid future problems.
