Question about Time and Ninja Script

Hi,
Took the class on using the NT Script Wizard last weekend and I need a link or could you show me the action steps to enter a time when and when not to run the auto program.
Example:
Gold contract:
start at 7AM
end at 11AM

Can I also set it for an afternoon session also?
1:45 to 4PM

I tried to find this information in the Help guide but wasn't succesful.
The Course manual, I received, just shows it set up but not what steps to take to make it.
When I experiment and try and create it, I get error messages, so I need some guidance on this.

Please open up the Condition Builder.
Set 1:
Left: Time->Time series
Middle: > or >= depending on what you want
Right: Time->Time value->7AM

Left: Time->Time series
Middle: < or <= depending on what you want
Right: Time->Time value->11AM

Set 2 for afternoon:
Left: Time->Time series
Middle: > or >= depending on what you want
Right: Time->Time value->1:45PM

Left: Time->Time series
Middle: < or <= depending on what you want
Right: Time->Time value->4PM
